The main aim of the conference is – through shared competences, technologies, services and products, to facilitate cross-border cooperation in the field of energy efficiency in the building sector in the Barents region. The conference will involve representatives from Russian and Norwegian authorities, public organisations and private companies, as well as representatives from academic community from both countries. In addition, although outside the financial support of this project, participants from the rest of Nordic countries will be invited.
