Dark Ecology is a 3 year project that reflects on the Norwegian‐Russian border zone through the commissioning of nine new (art)works, three public journeys with an extended art and theory program. It is an international meeting place for new art,stimulates collaboration between cultural workers in the Barents Region and develops critical knowledge and creative skills in theregion and beyond.
