Based on a pre‐project in 2013, the Barents Peace Education Network launches a Practical Peace Work Project in 2014, aiming to develop conflict transformation and mediation programs applicable at schools, streets and in CSOs of the North‐West of Russia. The BPEN network consists of UiT, Northern (Arctic) Federal University, Petrozavodsk State University and Murmansk State Humanities University.
