Participants will meet in Tromsø, Norway, for four days to partake in the forum and the dialogue activities to increase common multinational awareness and cooperation in the Arctic, with specific focus on maritime and security issues in the High North. This is the first conference of this scope dedicated specifically to Arctic cooperation in maritime related areas.
