The 5th Forum on Cross-Border Cooperation in Wider Europe was held in Nikel (Russia) and Kirkenes (Norway) on the 6th and 7th of November 2014. The event was organized by the Norwegian Barents Secretariat in cooperation with the Institute of Stability and Development (ISD).
