Barents Regional Youth Council initiates to arrange digital and media art festival Inversia: Digital North on 1-5 February 2018 in Murmansk, Russia for young Barents artists. The aim of the project is to inspire young artists to work and develop in the North by showing the opportunities and uniqueness of living in the Barents region. The project will unite several Finnish, Norwegian, Russian and Swedish sound, visual and digital artists to perform and share their experience both in art and professional progress, to debate about the opportunities of the culture life in Barents region.
