Calotte Academy is a travveling series of seminars going to Inari, Kirkenes and Apatity. The Calotte Academy 2010 will start in Apatity, where it will be organized back-to-back to the 5th international scientific conference, “The North and the Arctic in the New World Development Paradigm - Luzin Readings 2010” on April 8 - 10 2010, organized by the Institute of Economic Studies and the Kola Science Centre, Russian Academy of Sciences.
