This study will evaluate the feasibilities as well as the potential for development of trade and transport communication between Russia and Norway. This includes increased use of marine infrastructure and harbours in the Northern Norway for  transhipment of oil, coal and metals for international markets, and for the establishment of a hub for trading the goods internationally.
