The principal objective of the project is to strenghten cultural cooperation between Norway and Russia. The project’s activities are also aimed at establishing new contacts between cultural workers, teachers and students of art schools, leaders of public organizations in Petrozavodsk with new partners from Norway. This, in turn, will further promote implementation of new projects in the sphere of culture between the two countries. First, a three day exhibition “Colors in ice” will be held in Petrozavodsk. Afterwards, meetings, discussions and workshops with the art students will be held.
