The project aims at increasing capacity of indigenous young leaders of the civic and political indigenous rights by means of specially developed educational program and at promoting access to information for indigenous peoples living in remote territories and creation of the indigenous youth information network. The project addresses young indigenous leaders from 4 regions of the Russian Federation and Saami youth form Finland, Sweden, Norway and Russia. The education program is to be presented at youth international seminar that is to be held in Moscow. These events will strengthen the interns’ personal capacity and leadership skills making them able to work efficiently on the local, regional and international levels.
