Kolarctic launched 2nd call

Kolarctic ENPI CBC is a EU programme that offers financing to projects where organizations from the North Calotte and North-West Russia combine their strengths. With their common project they seek to improve their competitiveness, control common challenges or arrange people-to-people co-operation cross borders.

Kolarctic ENPI CBC- has launched its 2nd call for proposals on March 14th, and the call will close on June 13th, 2011. More information e.g. about the criteria for projects and instructions how to apply, is available on the programme´s website www.kolarcticenpi.info
