The applications for BarentsKult is evaluated by an expert committe. The members who have been appointed from each of the three northernmost counties in Norway.
The current expert committee consists of:
Nordland
Troms
Finnmark
The final decision of grants is done by the board of the Norwegian Barents Secretariat.
