Practically alone and neglecting all troubles on their way young activists from Murmansk organized a unique place for great number of ideas’ realization, opened for inspiration flow, unusual thinking, etc. “First it was complete ruins but we saw it as Heavens” – shared his impressions Evgeniy Goman, the project leader. This only became possible because of strong belief in positive results and following up their own philosophy of “inspiring the others, doing one’s best in everything, omitting rude critics”. The Youth house is a “doping-free zone” that stays aside politics, moreover.
"Mr. Pink’s house is a kind of a buffer between youth and Government which is capable to replace lack of experience and authority”, - explained Evgeniy Goman. A bright example of the Norwegian Youth House “TVIBIT” work gave fruit for thought to Murmansk organizers. Sif Vik, the director of “TVIBIT” was amazed by talents and courage of the Russian colleagues to start such a big project and shared her wish to start cooperating with them. The House is expected to accumulate experience, knowledge and resources to help the youth in realization of the craziest and the most unusual ideas. There are no limits for imagination, even just built walls there support it by their promising colors.
The House will give a roof to “Film School” (derushing, animation rooms, together with planning zone and a green screen for shooting), there will be a functional room for theatrical rehearsals and vocal groups’ practice. Social organizations will combine their work with project managers, neighboring the recording studio, dance hall, etc. Norwegian colleagues of Mr. Pink from international “NUFF” and “TIFF” projects were amazed by enthusiasm and energy of his young friends.
Nearly everyone present at the opening ceremony made his own contribution: someone brought chairs, the other plugged the walls, some companies provided Mr. Pink with wi-fi connection, others helped with electricity, etc. “You value more things you’ve made yourself”, - said Ludmila Chistova, vice-governor in the Murmansk region. And there is no need to explain it to friends of Mr. Pink. The construction continues and you are very welcomed to grabble your hands with something there...
