International festival of children's and youth's musical creativity "Reflection of the time" dedicated to the 110th anniversary of Children's music school №1 of Barents region. The purpose of the project is to combine the students of musicschools of Tromsø and Arkhangelsk and Arkhangelsk region on the best venues of Arkhangelsk, to give young musicians the opportunity to perform solo with the orchestra, to share teaching experience, establish new creative contacts, get acquainted with the culture of Norway and Russia. And as a result a development and strengthening of the international musicians community for strengthening of friendly relations of new generations of Russians and Norwegians.
