Tromsø Kulturskole skal delta i Dances in the Polar Circle på Regional Palace of Culture of S.M Kirova i Murmansk, i tidsrommet 1. ‐ 4. november 2013. Vi skal delta med 12 elever mellom 14 og 19 år og to lærere, både på konkurranse og galaforestilling.
