Ykigassen Norway and Murmansk Youth and Children center arrange a trainig of sports managers and referees for Yukigassen ‐ snowball fight in Vardø 22 ‐ 26 March 2012. 15 youths from Murmansk and 30 from Vardø will meet to improve their competences in game management.
