Due to the fast changing northern reality this project aims to establish a new university network increasing connections and people- to- people contact in the Barents region. The network will discuss and cooperate on university teaching which will promote new knowledge on the north and intensify cooperation i.e by arranging cross border seminars/intensive teaching for students in the Barents region.
