The applicant organisation and partners will design and implement a new virtual training and coaching platform for talented and emerging indigenous leaders, focused on adaptation to Arctic change, society resilience and leadership. The core of the concept is to train people to understand global change, how to respond to rapid change, crisis and shocks, and how resources can be mobilized to do so, by building individual leadership capacity and skills as well as a virtual network for indigenous leaders in the regions.
