Some 50 small companies and exam candidates from five universities in the Barents Region will support growth in the region bringing together students and local job opportunities. The project will contribute to bridge the gap between fresh graduates knowledge base and job requirements. International examinees with different expertise enhance their employability by creating innovative solutions on behalf of SMEs. Outcomes are company-owned. Firms will get familiar with potential employees, and universities will learn to adapt education in order to improve their graduates employability.
