­­Students and teachers from Kulturskolen in Tromsø, students of art schools and music schools of the Arkhangelsk region and other regions of Russia, and teachers of wind instruments from Russia will take part in the festival-competition and master classes. The event includes a photo exhibition and a cultural program is organized for Norwegian participants.
