The main purpose of these events is to create a platform for cross-border networking, cultural exchange, cooperation between youth and to provide an educative quality. Each year, the BRYC chooses a new event topic, and this year's event will be addressing the social media's influence on our outdoor activities and recreation. The event will take place in Kajaani/Vuokatti, Finland, between 15th and 18th of August 2019. It will gather around 60 youths from all the 14 entities of the Barents Region.
