Small Projects Tromsø and Arkhangelsk Cultural Center are planning a trip of 12 artists from Northern Norway and NW-Russia visiting cities in NW-Russia 06/2017. The trip will include visits to local artists and a series of events and focuses on collaborative practice. In Winter 2018, the artists will meet again in Tromso for sum-up or kick off to continuation of the project.
