Barents Regional Youth Council initiates to arrange digital and media art festival INVERSIA on 1st - 5th of February 2017 in Murmansk, Russia for young Northern artists. The aim of the project is to inspire young artists to work and develop in the North by showing the opportunities and uniqueness of living in the Barents region. The project will unite several Finnish, Norwegian, Russian and Swedish sound, visual/Vj and digital artists to perform and share their experience both in art and professional progress, to debate about the opportunities of the culture life in Barents region.
