Tromsø Kulturskole and dance organisations in St.Petersburgh and Murmansk will implement a project including teacher exchange programme where teaching at each others schools we will help to build a bridge of knowledge and understanding. The main aim is to invite these teachers students to the Polardans in Tromsø in August 2010. This is a summer school that lasts one week and end with the students performing on the main stage in Tromsø Kulturhus. The school will gather 100 youths aged 13 to 19.
