NGO «HUSET» has worked to improve conditions for drug addicts and inmates in Norwegian prisons for 12 years. NGO "Rassvet" has for 14 years worked to improve conditions for Russian atoning. These two organizations have collaborated since 2007 and completed three major projects supported by The Barents Secreteriat. This time we want particularly to focus on the attitudes towards the inmates with the key words: ethics, communication, and human rights.
