The project aims at developing the skills and sharing the experience of organising competitions in Yukigassen – snowball fight - and strengthening cooperation among Norwegian and Russian youngsters, players and organisers of the game. In Murmansk this game has become very popular in recent years. This year more than 200 young people are going to take part in on the 22 - 23 February.
