5th Forum on Cross-Border Cooperation in Wider Europe
The Norwegian Barents Secretariat welcomes you to the 5th Forum on Cross-Border Cooperation in Wider Europe, this year organized in Nikel (Russia) and Kirkenes (Norway) on the 6th and 7th of November 2014. We are happy to host the event in cooperation with the Institute of Stability and Development (ISD).

Cross-border cooperation is of key importance for relations between our countries. We welcome your contribution to fruitful discussions on ways to develop CBC in these difficult times of European east-west relations!
Like in the previous fora, the event is held on both sides of the Schengen border, partly in Russia, partly in Norway. In the Russian border town of Nikel, the forum coincides with the annual Norwegian-Russian Border Cooperation Days. We are happy to cooperate with the Murmansk regional administration, as well as with local municipal authorities, about this part of the program.
