Teriberka inspired by Vardø

Russian artists in Murmansk region has shown interest to how the arctic town of Vardø has used art to revitalize the local community. They invited the Komafest project in Vardø to their festival "New Teriberka and this resulted in new street art in the small coastal town of Teriberka in Murmansk.
